Doug is a proud father to his two children and dedicated husband to his wife of 10 years. Having grown up in Indianapolis, at a very young age Doug learned he has an entrepreneurial spirit and began a mowing business he grew from the age of 11 years old to 18 years old. He then went on to getting his college education graduating with a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University Bloomington. Paying his way through college, Doug has a strong work ethic and tenacity to succeed. He then went on to building a career in the Environmental industry and it’s his entrepreneurial background that has brought him full circle. Since 2016, Doug has built relationships and a positive reputation in the Carmel community with providing residential and commercial property services with the goal of launching his own company. Fulfilling his childhood dream to own his own business, with each project he approaches it with an opportunity to connect with his neighbors and with the mindset of completing the job “as if it was my own home.” It’s this mindset that has allowed him to succeed and be officially launching Croy Property Solutions
